Early projections have deep frost being best. Unholy seems to be viable as usual though too. I think it may come down to play style and preference.

El Segundo, CA		 I did some search and found out the 17/51/3 is the most popular build. I thought frost build is nerfed on 3.1 especially the DW and also affacts 2H. I just don't see the point why this build is so popular right now. The 2nd one is 51/2/18.
