Alexoi join:2007-03-23 El Segundo, CA	I did some search and found out the 17/51/3 is the most popular build. I thought frost build is nerfed on 3.1 especially the DW and also affacts 2H. I just don't see the point why this build is so popular right now. The 2nd one is 51/2/18.
