Re: My PS3 is waiting

Have you checked out PlayOn? It's a retail product, but it streams Netflix Instant to any DLNA device, including the PS3.
I have a paid version of Playon working with my PS3 as well, but don't believe it will be a long term solution. They seem to be playing a bit of cat & mouse with the content sources, where a given supplier (Netflix, CBS, Hulu, etc.) will drop off or become unreliable for a week or two and then return. It's also a pretty fragile application. Anything other than pause or play seems to freeze it up pretty fast.

I like it and it works as an interim solution, but native support in the PS3 would be better.

Same and same...thought the PS3 Media Server kicks ass They (Netflix) needs to get with Google if they're going to do it, as they've got it figured out....though isn't Silverlight a MS thing? Yeah.....that'll happen.
