50% of stats are made up on the spot 90% of the time.
See what I did?
I'm tired of hearing random stats about how much people use thrown out.
BTW, you know what is also enjoyable? Comcast were the ones who said 1% of users use over 250 gigs a month.
For every argument of caps, idiots who agree with them use that argument, down to 10 gigs for TWC.
