Re: The "we" in "what we want" You bill people for the maximum amount they could potentially use (durr hurr cuz thats wut it cost u durr) and then cry when only 10% of your customers are actually using the service? 80% of your subscribers are basically giving you their money and getting nothing in return, you are making insane amounts of money on these people. How can you justify screwing the people who are actually using the service you sold to them in the way which you described it to them in the first place? |
