a TW tech came out yesterday. he even tried replacing a booster I had purchased applied to at least make sure my signal is strong.. the TW booster is better than my RCA $50.00 signal booster.
The tech told me that the TW infrastructure is overburdened. It is full to capactity. Whe one area has any left over it is siphoned off to ther areas that need help.
The disconnects and intermittentent connections a have been a big problem for a very long time.
I am still having the problem.
Trying OpenDNS does not help. At all.
