Overclocking i7 920

Fox McCloud : I've recently purchased this processor, and to say the least, I'm very happy with it.

None the less, I was inquiring as to overclock it.

Does anyone happen to know the specific stats on the 920 vs the 965? Specifically the Uncore of both?

I know the 920 has lower MT/s for the memory controller and a lower clock speed, obviously, but are there any other differences in speeds?

I know my i7 920 QPI operates at the same speed as the i7 965 QPI because of the XMP memory being set to a profile that sets the speed to 1600.

Therefore, is the only thing that separates my 920 from the 965, at this point (given the information I provided), minus the locked multiplier, the speed of 2.67Ghz vs a clock speed of 3.2GHz?
