NH puts FairPoint on Double-Secret Probation... If you thought that things couldn't get any more absurd with the entire FairPoint fiasco, you may be surprised. I am not sure who is more out-to-lunch, the State of New Hampshire, or FairPoint. I only know that the consumers are the big losers once again...
