My wireless computer running Windows XP with latest microsoft updates
iPod touch

If I use WAP2-PSK will these devices work on the wireless network?

Yes, WPA2 is backwards compatible to WPA. Make sure you use a strong PW, like one of these: »https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm
