nullzero : I solved the problem with a hard reset. I lost the manual and after 10-15 mins of searching was able to find how to hard reset. For future reference to hard reset on this model hold down the INIT button on the bottom with a pen while the unit is on for +20secs.

nullzero : Here is my problem... I flashed my router to the Tomato firmware no problem. Was able to get in and play around with settings in tomato. I changed my default router address to 192.168.1.100. I then set my router as a wireless client and enabled the WAN settings etc.

Anyway what happened is I set the WAN settings to static with 192.168.1.100, the same as the local LAN settings 192.168.1.100 then saved it.

This process screwed up my ability to connect with a cat 5 cable to the router to change back settings. I am now stuck and can not speak or talk to the router. I have tried DHCP on my computer. Also have tried setting my IP 192.168.1XX and gateway to 192.168.1.100. I am unable to talk to the router. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
