From the brickwork, looks like 60 Hudson - a major Telco hotel in NY, and for the Eastern Seaboard.

And a pretty busy tower, for sure...

Ah these arent mine. The tower on the left belongs to the local power company, but most of the dishes belong to Optus, while the one on the right belongs to Vodafone, and most if not all of the dishes belong to Vodafone too.
