Not sure why they are saying you can use HoW (Hammer of Wrath) so early in rotation (it only works when target is under 20%). Maybe I am missing something.
Also, I have been playing around a bit and found that I get the debuffs (ex: RV) to proc better on the mobs when I CS, Judge, then DS. In this case, most 78-80 lvl mobs will be dead before I can use the other attacks. -- Cleverly Disguised As A Responsible Adult!

I was reading the thread where that was stated. It was later clarified that HoW should be taken into the rotation only after target is less than 20percent.
