Acanac PN, please help

Hello Acanac PN

Today I sent emails to dslsupport@acanac.com, but noone ever replied, I don't know why and wonder maybe you can help.

My internet has been working in a up and down mode for several days. When I use speed test, download varies from 4000bps to 2000 bps; upload is from 200kps to 400 kps. However, when I used ping to test, sometimes it couldn't find www.yahoo.com at all; when it solves the host name, package loss rate is very hign, it times out a lot.

My applications such as msn messenger, bit torrent, etc. can't be used under such status, messenger logs out and in, bit torrent is extremly slow.

Did you change your DNS server ip address recently? what could be possible problem.

Please help to solve these problems.

Eric

Re: Acanac PN, please help

eric2k, I received your IM.
Your line DSL stats are OK. You sync @ 6M, no problems there.
I am checking if some DNS changes were done.

Re: Acanac PN, please help

See the IM, I had similar troubles once.

Check that, but if the problem persists, I will follow up.

Thanks
