<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1616694"><b>eric2k</b></A> : Hello Acanac PN<br><br>Today I sent emails to dslsupport@acanac.com, but noone ever replied, I don't know why and wonder maybe you can help.<br><br>My internet has been working in a up and down mode for several days. When I use speed test, download varies from 4000bps to 2000 bps; upload is from 200kps to 400 kps. However, when I used ping to test, sometimes it couldn't find www.yahoo.com at all; when it solves the host name, package loss rate is very hign, it times out a lot.<br><br>My applications such as msn messenger, bit torrent, etc. can't be used under such status, messenger logs out and in, bit torrent is extremly slow.<br><br>Did you change your DNS server ip address recently? what could be possible problem.<br><br>Please help to solve these problems.<br><br>Eric]]></description>
