Terrible internet connection lately

I've been using Embarq for over a year with no problems, then one day last month my 3mbps service dropped to 100kbps. The tech came out here and removed an extra outlet I had. A week later my speed dropped to 100kbps again and it turned out there was a fiber cut in the area, and it seemed fine the next day. The day after that my speed dropped again and this time tech support said it was a problem with my 2Wire 2700HG modem. I went and got a replacement modem (2701HG) and noticed my speed was back up but it was losing connection every couple minutes. All the lights remain lit green, but I can't access half the pages I try to go to. I get page not found errors and when they do load, there's a severe lag time and sometimes most images on the page don't load or I get a page with unformatted text...also keep getting disconnected from yahoo messenger every couple minutes.
They sent me another modem, a Zyxel 660HW, but it's doing the same exact thing. I spent over 2 hours with tech support on the phone the other day and ran every test we could think of, and they said the problem must be in my pc's network card. I know that's not true because I have two computers on this router and they both lose connection at the same time. I'm at a dead end with Embarq and stuck with the worse internet service I've ever had.
I went back to the 2Wire 2701HG and today for the first time I noticed a lot of errors in my modem stat page but I'm not sure what they mean:

ATM Cell Header Errors: 150
ATM Loss of Cell Delineation: 151
DSL Link Retrains: 2
DSL Loss of Framing Failures: 6
DSL Loss of Signal Failures: 5
DSL Loss of Margin Failures: 5
DSL Cumulative Errored Seconds: 7
DSL Severely Errored Seconds: 6
DSL Corrected Blocks: 678
DSL Uncorrected Blocks: 151

Any help would be appreciated. I was thinking of buying a D-Link modem and seeing if that helps but I don't want to spend any money if it won't.
Thanks.

It looks like a line problem, possibly a port issue at the DSLAM. You will need a tech to come find the problem.

Send a PM to Embarq_Joey with your telephone number.

Thanks Joey...not sure how to send a tracert so I'll post it here...I tried tracert to embarq.com and got this:

1. 1ms 1ms 1ms home [192.168.1.254]
2. 21ms 21ms 21ms nv-71-52-56-1.dhcp.embarqhsd.net
[71.52.56.1]
3. 20ms 21ms 21ms nv-69-69-252-109.dyn.embarqhsd.net [69.69.252.109]
4. 19ms 23ms 21ms 223.143.250.214
5. 30ms 31ms 31ms sl-gw15-ana-6-0.sprintlink.net [144.223.148.221]
6. 33ms 33ms 33ms sl-crs2-ana-0-1-3-1.sprintlink.net [144.232.2.42]
7. 67ms 69ms 68ms sl-crs1-fw-0-3-3-0.sprintlink.net [144.232.9.65]
8. 88ms 88ms 88ms 144.232.24.7
9. 88ms 88ms 88ms sl-gw16-kc-0-0-0.sprintlink.net [144.232.11.155]
10. 94ms 92ms 96ms sl-sprintut-258334-0.sprintlink.net [144.223.129.234]

11 thru 30 gave me Request timed out

My speedtests, as long as I can get the page to load, are always 3mbps download, and 640kbps upload. I've ran it about 20 times and I've always got good speed, as long as it can connect.

Thanks again

When I did that tracert, I had it set to obtain DNS automatically. I tried OpenDNS and still had the same problems.
Doing ping tests while on the phone with Embarq gave me anywhere from 0-100% packet loss.

Something else I just noticed...in the 2Wire 'Details' section it shows my PCV info as 8/35, but when I go to 'Advanced Settings' ATM Circuit Identifier is set to VPI:0 and VCI:35...is that related?

Well, Embarq came out here yesterday and said they couldn't find anything wrong. He said the only problems he could find was the "Proxomitron" always displaying 'page not found' and since that's third-party software he can't help me. I told him that's nothing to do with Proxomitron and everything to do with "Page not found". He said he didn't see any 'page not found' errors with IE, but I guess he didn't pay much attention to how slow it loads pages either.
I've used Proxomitron (only on Firefox) for about 10-15 years and have never had a problem with it, and it also doesn't answer why my other computer loses connection at the same time as this one. As soon as he got into his van I noticed foxnews.com loading very slowly, so I immediately open IE and sure enough..."page not found". I ran outside to try to stop the tech but he already left.
Even today it was taking a very long time to load my local newpaper, so I tried IE again and got page not found.
I have a 1.5mbps cable connection at home, and while downloading a huge file at 150KB/s, I can still surf the internet 3 times faster than I can on this 3mbps Embarq connection with no downloads going.
I guess the only thing it can possibly be is the modem again. This is the 3rd one but I guess I'll try to find something better. I only wish I didn't trade in my 2700HG for this piece of crap 2701HG.

Hi,
I'm renting a house at Las Vegas. The rent includes Internet Connection from Embarq. The problem is that I just moved to another house what have Embarq DSL connection too. I brought the wireless router and it works. But I'm having alot of problems with losing signal of internet. The local network still up, but internet signal disapears. Do I need to change any configuration at modem?
I checked the modem configs, but nothing looks too weird. I keep losing the conection sometimes.
I didn't sucess trying to talk with owner of the house.

This are the Statics:
