Right now they are just stalling ... They have no plans and if they did they aren't going to tell the public at large ...
They don't want to be called to the mat on promises they didn't meet. They are basically stalling for 10 weeks and when that comes and goes. They have another more intense 10 or 15 week plan to resolve the last plan ... an so .. an so ... you get the point ...
no plan IMHO ....
Sounds kind of like the Geitner plan... plenty of words...little substance!
