Seattle, WA | [Comcast] Does earthlink offer 12Mbs/2Mbs like Comcast?
Currently I use Comcast, but I would switch if my provisioned rate,12Mbs/2Mbs stayed the same instead of downgrading to 6Mbs/384Kbs since 12Mbs/2Mbs is the standard tier, is this possible?

Thanks! Yes, you should get the same 12Mbs/2Mbs speed that Comcast offers. Several months ago when Comcast in Seattle increased to 12/2 my Earthlink Cable speed increased to 12/2 as well.
Earthlink Cable is currenty advertising 10Mbs down speed on its website. This is incorrect as the current speed is 12Mbs down. |
