4 edits | It is the only door. We don't have lawn machines or anything. It's mainly just to store miscellaneous yard tools and stuff. That's also why we put only a regular door in instead of a wide one. And also why there isn't a ramp. And why it's kind of on the small side (8x12). Hopefully the next buyers won't mind too much.
It was about $3,500.00. The cement board was a little more expensive than the cedar (added about $300).
One feature you can't tell from the pictures is how he did the stucco texturing on the upper white portions. Overall we're very pleased. Our neighbors like it as well, which is a relief since you never know what reactions will be to something like this. |
