| Oh No!! I was going to upgrade my phone
today! Yikes! Well, maybe when I go into the T-Mobile store they won't have received that memo yet. My handset is two years old and the keys are almost worn out. I've become used to getting a free phone every two years.

| The 2-Year contract does not pro-rate until 18-months into your contract, which is ridiculous. The Big 3 should be all on the same page. I think T-Mobile needs to re-think their contract terms along with the $18 handset upgrade.
T-Mobile has some nice features with their product but the terms are suckering the customers. |
