| I Want To Love Them
I have been a TMO customer for years and I am happy with the service I get but they keep doing things that really make it hard to love them. As the number four carrier, they really need to stop acting like the number one and number two carriers. If Deutsche-Telekom is wondering why their US division is doing so poorly, look no further than how they act. Yes, they may have good customer service but the nuisance fees and surcharges are just as bad as the big three. If I really want to be annoyed and gouged, I will go with VZW or AT&T. At least I will get better coverage in the rural areas.
