The reason I left T-mo is due to their "Executive Customer Relations" department - the place you end up at the end of the road, the so-called highest level. Those reps are the most rude, incompetent people I've ever dealt with in my life. Some of them are just vindictive against you. They just have unprecedented authority to do whatever the hell they want to your account and leave you powerless. Be ready to get the FTC, FCC, BBB, and AG involved. |
