can take up to 7 days before you get full speed with Acanac if Bell didn't put you on a remote after you change provider wich can happen never know with Bell Can you post your modem stat so we can see if there's anything we can do until the support answer you thanks |

| I signed up for acanac 4 days ago. Using my own DSL modem which was using for bell and was getting constant 5MB/SEC on it for approx 1 year till I switched to Acanan 4 days ago.
After i received my id/pw I removed the bell settings from my router and entered Acanac's.
I was getting 5MB/sec down and 400k/Up constant for 1 day and then the speed dropped to 2MB/sec next day. Today it is at constant 1.8mb/sec
I have sent an email to acanac ....
will update if there is any progress. |
