Jason Levine Premium join:2001-07-13 USA	You haven't dealt with Time Warner Cable much, have you? Seriously, though, I wouldn't put anything past them. After all, their caps maxed out at 40GB with overage charges. Even Comcast (who's gotten a lot of flack here for having caps in the first place) caps at 250GB. It's a lot easier to hit 40GB than 250GB. The only reason they're not going forward now is the huge public outcry. They're hoping it'll die down and then they can proceed with the original plan (perhaps with a glossier PR coating).
