Mountain cablevision Express Lite

Ok what kind of download speeds should i be getting with this Service.

Right now im getting from 8k to 9k download and websites are slow, This is barely better then a dialup modem.

Service guy was by and checked out everything, and

65-70Kilobit or 8.2-8.7Kilobyte Service for Express Lite connection is a joke. Going to move them over to any low end dsl as soon as i can. Any of them would be better then that.

express lite is 128/128 i think, so thats about right.
