Re: [TWC] Rochester RR and cable modem question. I do think that you are being too paranoid. I do believe that you should be able to plug the new router into the Ambit to test it. And as you said... the ethernet port on the phone modem has been disabled ? Look... I used to have their phone before I went with MagicJack and my set up is the modem connected to my Linksys router. The computer that I am on now is plugged into the router and my wife's laptop and son's desktop and ps3 are wireless. Everything works fine and is rock solid steady. |
