| I wouldn't recommend them for colocation either. I've been a customer of Worldlink's for several years. They've had their problems, but I was lenient. They didn't meet their uptime guarantees, and wouldn't honor their agreement, but I wasn't going to fight over single pro-rated days (or even a week that I was down once). They take days to respond to "emergency" reboot requests.
But the real kicker... I've had enough. I decided I want to move to another company:
THEY WON'T LET ME IN TO GET MY COMPUTER!
