<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : Currently am paying for 3 Mbp/s and am getting .43. <br><br>I have tried unplugging the router and using only the modem, then I tried getting a whole new modem, nothing seems to be helping. It is this way across three computers.<br><br>I am using AT&T, in Akron Ohio. I just want to be able to use the internet again.  :(]]></description>
