Grosse Ile, MI		Azatel Azacall 200: Can't change User ID

I have a Azacall 200 and when I tried to set it up, I coulnd't change the user ID of the ATA to anything but 0. I would enter in a new User ID and click save but when the page refreshed it would just go back to 0. Any ideas?
