This post just serves a purpose for those still trying to find the original conversion kit and such. I took the liberty to update it as well as add the 1.21 D-Link DI-624+ in case there were any problems with the 1.23 firmware (I had a few with that firmware, and downgraded back).

Anyway the attached is from his post above with just the add of the 1.21 firmware. I really didn't need to do much other updating but none the less here it is.
