Do Not Sign Up for Business Accounts

Wow, I am really impressed on how bad this people can handle business accounts. It seems to me that they have an excellent trainer that teaches them how "NOT TO HELP SUBSCRIBERS"...I made the huge mistake of signing up for a business account. My static IPs are not working at all. No one seems to care. Every time I call they keep saying that someone will call back to take care of it...

You guessed...they never do.

What is left to be learned here is that if you are planning on using their business services, PLEASE DON'T !! (Unless you want to get your service up and running when they feel like it)
