Tech never showed or called.

I called the office and they said the problem had been resolved, it was another carrier's equipment blocking the signal at the tower.

While I'm happy the issue was resolved, I feel it was unprofessional and quite Comcast-esque to not call or show given my wife was waiting at home for the tech to show up.
