Link periodically going down

badtrip : Out of nowhere the link to the tower started periodically going down. While the CSR I spoke to was friendly, there wasn't much that they could do over the phone. We have to wait 3 days for a tech to come out to take a look (which reminds me of Comcast, sadly ). Since the cost of service is roughly double Comcast for the same connection speed, I was disappointed about the wait.

This type of problem and how they resolve it is crucial. I will update this post after the tech comes.
