It really depends on what you want to accept as your playing level on WoW. If you want to run around Dalaran getting 60 fps on max resolution and max setting it's going to cost (see my thread). If you can live with lower settings then you can play with integrated graphics. I didn't want any drop off from my desktop to my notebook. Just like playing WoW the game can be played as hard, fast, or slow as you want it to. That's the genius of it.
