In that data, it would be interesting to see how much of the FIOS adds are in areas that overlap with Comcast (or Time Warner Cable), given their policy of bit capping. Customers might be voting with their wallets, even if they have to pay slightly more for FIOS. The northeast is mostly a saturated and locked market.. unless something drastic happens, the customer base (for the most part) isn't shifting one way or another.
Not true... A lot of people are leaving CV for FIOS.
