Customers might be voting with their wallets, even if they have to pay slightly more for FIOS. The northeast is mostly a saturated and locked market.. unless something drastic happens, the customer base (for the most part) isn't shifting one way or another.
Not true... A lot of people are leaving CV for FIOS.
