Re: Katy & Cypress Area I work at HCC and just got an emergency alert about NW College (Katy and Spring Branch locations) staying open but with a delay of 2-3 hours.
We got 10 inches of rain my area (Bunker Hill and I-10) and it got kind of scary, but things are looking somehow better now. Saw a bunch of cars stuck in high water at Gessner/I-10 and, of course, at SH Tollway/I-10.
Stay safe... and keep an eye on the weather for this afternoon.
