I'm not a complainer but in my area not only is dial up useless it is also expensive $20 a month plus phone line I'm not ranting on the phone company but they really need to wake up! If I were hard-pressed for money I would cancel Internet for a time rather then go back to dial up.

if I want long-distancecharges then Yes otherwise No. there is no local access number in my area and, they are 800 number line is limited to 30 hours per month otherwise it's 2/1½ per minute
