MagicJack has a Vista fix. Check it out as it may solve your problem.

Cupertino, CA		 I have a Vista and I am still facing the same issue even after I upgraded.There is no sound either...

I am really disappointed with this product and the online help they provided..

Do you have any solutions pl ?

everything else works fine on my Vista machine but why not MJ ? what special config may I need..I thought it did not need any special treatment..
