Mikrotik VPN

I have MT RB450 i configured my pptp connection but it doesnt work from outside. if i try to connect from the LAN it works. i can also ping my wan interface from outside. Also i cant use telnet and ssh winbox from outside only the web interface. from the lan i can access via telnet ssh winbox etc..
