Re: Dir-655 1.31 firmware available

Tested, A3 hardware.

802.11b networking is available, but haven't tested it.

Seems to work quite well actually, after upgrading the router my notebook's N speed jumped from 150mbps max to 300mbps max, varying from 90mbps all the way up to 300.

Haven't had any issues so far, web browsing seems to be a bit more responsive and quicker also.

What version of firmware did you upgrade from?

Since I don't need 'B" any reason I should do this upgrade?

Upgraded from 1.22 beta.

I have noticed a significant improvement on the wireless side, on N mainly. 802.11g performance is roughly the same.

802.11b is also available anyway.

Is there any reason not to upgrade? I don't think so, works well for me.

I am using 1.30. Me thinks 1.31 is the same except for the 802.11b. And I don't need it so unless I hear otherwise I am sitting this one out.
