Re: Not a member of the 'Bash Qwest Party' As I've posted previously, I have no desire to bash Qwest either. I know something of the economics that Qwest is dealing with, what capital costs and how hard it is these days to get capital at any price.
That said, rightly or wrongly Qwest management made some broadband deployment decisions a few years ago that are coming home to roost. I don't know how quickly those can be altered at this point.
And by the way, I'm 99% happy with my dry 1.5MBps service. With the exception of a few service outages, it's been rock solid. |
