Re: Speedstream 4200----How do i change my IP

Did you try doing a "release", then "renew" to the WAN IP? This is done in the WAN portion of the Status tab.

i've tried turning off the router for 10 min, and then on again.
What Brand and Model Number Router?

What Mode is the 4200 unit set in? Bridged Mode or Router Mode?

What IP Address are you wanting to change? The LAN? The WAN? and on which device?

If the 4200 is in Router Mode and getting your Public WAN IP, turning off the Router behind the 4200 will not change the WAN IP being used in the 4200.

You can manually assign IP to all computers.

Go in to Network adapter properties, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Properties, and from there you manually assign IP on each PC.
