Not flaming hear guys but I went through this about a month ago. I had the nice Indian folks told me I must have a virus and that my wiring was bad etc all the read off the screen details. Actually had2 great techs come out and verify that there was no problem in my house. He changed the card at the RT and re-provision the line with some one from Illinois on the phone I think. No luck. My elite which normally had run about 4000/400 never got close to that again topping out at about 1800/170. I switched to cable. It is $18 more but I have no complaints since the switch. BTW as you all know Mark was all the help and more that you could hope for. Good luck guys I wished mine had worked out different.

Actually, I talked to MrFixItCT and found that my connection was fine and that for some reason my wireless was slow. Connecting directly to my router via an ethernet cable showed 5mbps downstream for my ATT speed test.
