I would hate to be an ISP in Minnesota. I can only imagine the flood of calls from the sales monkeys trying to sell boxes to block this stuff.
I wonder what they are required to do to ban the sites? Null route their DNS or IP Space? Gezzz what a nightmare to keep up with.
