250 gigs compared to all we've read around this website is a HUGE number and really is there to stop the abusers from affecting the rest of us. And remember, that's with existing capacity and infrastructure.

Hello, it's not about abuse. The "abusers" never affected any other users, just overall usage and maybe the revenue from CC's video business. Maybe they should spend some of that advertising budget on advancing technology so one or two users can't kill the port.
