<description><![CDATA[K Patterson posted : I think you could make a very good case that, since the intent of the calls is commercial in nature, that each call to a DNC number is a violation, with a typical fine of $11,000 per call.<br><br>They certainly do not fit the "survey" exemption to the DNC legislation.<br><br>If you are on the DNC list and have received a call from this survey, please post.]]></description>
