Re: How can I file a complaint against them I've been complaining to the FTC for some time, all the information is on their website. I noticed the calls had tailed off lately after a year of them -- so thanks, Verizon. |

I noticed they tailed off also, but they seem to be back - just got a call at home the other day and my son actually received a snail mail version. |

en102Canadian, eh? join:2001-01-26 Valencia, CA | I try to get them to 'stay on the call' as long as possible, chewing up their valuable time, without giving them requested information.
Also, I use the tactic that many companies use... 'is there a number that I can call back in the event that we get disconnected'. Get that number and info and put it in the do-not-call site. -- Canada = Hollywood North |

Get that number and info and put it in the do-not-call site. I tried that with one of those calls, and the guy said "Let me spell the number out for you, just read it back to me when I'm done." You can probably guess what the number was... |
