I noticed they tailed off also, but they seem to be back - just got a call at home the other day and my son actually received a snail mail version. |

That's odd. I've heard people complaining about them for a while. I got my first one about a month ago, and they've called back about once a week since then. |

Valencia, CA | I try to get them to 'stay on the call' as long as possible, chewing up their valuable time, without giving them requested information.
Also, I use the tactic that many companies use...
'is there a number that I can call back in the event that we get disconnected'.
Get that number and info and put it in the do-not-call site.

You can probably guess what the number was... |
