URL Content Filtering/Time-of-Day restrictions

I've got a Netgear FVS124G (did I get that right) as my main router. WNR2000 also connected for wireless access.

I find there's a need to restrict internet access to certain machines based on time-of-day. And also would like to do web filtering if possible.

What can I do to do this with these 2 routers? Or is there a netgear appliance I need? I know D-Link has an appliance that will do what I want but I'd like to stick with Netgear (D-Link's stuff requires a yearly maintenance fee).

Thanks

I just skimmed through the Netgear manual and it covers setting up groups and access schedules in detail. It can be set up to block URLs based on keywords, but there's no web content filtering a la Websense or SurfControl. You might be able to set up content filtering (or not) by using OpenDNS as your nameserver, and their site classification/'blocking' service.
