I know alot of people just don't know they have a virus, trust me, they don't want it as much as we don't want it spreading it's "goodness".
I know this can be done cause you can use opendns.com and see some viruses. |

What if the ISP has DOS (Denial of Service) equipment to help preserve their bandwidth? This can be a big waste of government money.... as usual. |
