I hit #1 and speak to an agent. I ask if there is something the matter with my warrenty, they ask about my vehicle. I tell them I own a 2012 model, that I just purchased & I have bumper to bumper 100k mile warrenty - is there something the matter? Are you from (chevy, hyandai, ford, etc)... -- aye aye captain!
